For restaurant owners in Belgrade

A menu that always updates.

A QR menu that runs in any phone browser — no app to download — with Serbian and English built in. You change a price from the kitchen, your guest sees it the same minute.

  • No app for your guest — opens in the phone's browser
  • Serbian and English, side by side, in the same menu
  • Printed 10×15 cm table tent, delivered to your venue
  • Early access for the first Belgrade venues

The problem

Every time something shifts in your kitchen, the printed menu lies to your guests.

Every time something shifts in your kitchen, the printed menu on the table quietly lies to your guests. It costs trust, and it adds up.

Before

A supplier raises a price

A sticker over the old price, or another print run.

With menu4.me

A supplier raises a price

One tap in the CMS, your guest sees the new number within a minute.

Before

You've run out of a dish

Your server explains what's left, again, at every table.

With menu4.me

You've run out of a dish

Switch the item off in your phone — guests only see what's actually available.

Before

Tourists sit down

Your server translates the menu, or the guest points at things and hopes.

With menu4.me

Tourists sit down

Same dish shown in Serbian and English, on the same line.

Before

Season changes, menu changes

New PDF, new QR code, fresh stickers on every table.

With menu4.me

Season changes, menu changes

Drop in the seasonal menu once — it stays live until you swap it.

The card isn't the problem. The problem is that the card is the only version of the truth.

How it works

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Send us your menu

A photo, a Word doc, a PDF, or a link to your Google Drive folder. Whatever you already have, we'll take it from there.

  2. Step 2

We set up the digital menu

We build the first version in Serbian and English. You read through it and tell us what to change.

  3. Step 3

We print and ship your table tent

A 10×15 cm printed tent with your QR code arrives at your address. Put it on the table — guests scan, the menu opens.

  4. Step 4

You keep editing whenever you need

A price, a photo, a missing item, a translation — one tap. Guests see the change the same minute. No reprints.

From here on, you never need a print shop to change the menu.

Features

What you get

  • No app for your guest

Opens in any phone browser. Nothing to download, no account, works on a slow 3G connection.

  • Serbian and English, on by default

Both languages in the same menu. You write the dish once, the second language stays in step.

  • Prices and photos, live

Edit in the CMS, your guest sees it within a minute. No reprint, no new QR code.

  • A real stop-list

Sold out? Hide the item, your guest never sees it. Switch it back on when it's available again.

  • A 10×15 cm printed table tent

Heavy card stock, QR code that scans fast. Delivered to your venue.

  • One CMS for the whole venue

Menu, photos, translations, prices — all in one place, reachable from your phone or laptop.

We don’t do ordering, payments or waiter-call. When we do, it will say so here.

FAQ

Questions we hear before you sign up

My guests are older. They don't scan QR codes.

They don't have to. The printed menu stays on the table. The QR is there for the guest who'd rather check the menu on their own phone — the same phone they already use for WhatsApp and Instagram. There's no app to install, no account to create, it opens in the browser.

How much does it cost?

Right now the answer is 'coming soon' — we won't publish a number until we're confident it holds up behind real work. Until then, the Free tier covers a single venue with up to 30 items and Serbian + English, no card required and no trial clock. When the price is final, it goes straight onto this page.

I don't have time to deal with this — I'm in the kitchen from six.

We hear you. We set up the first menu for you — send us whatever you already have (a photo, a Word file, a PDF, a link), and we turn it into a digital menu in Serbian and English. After that, changing a price is one tap on your phone. You don't need to know anything about code.

I already have a website and an Instagram. Isn't that enough?

Website and Instagram are for the guest who hasn't arrived yet. The QR menu is for the guest who's already sitting down, hungry, looking at a menu that's out of date. The two channels do different jobs — one doesn't replace the other.

What happens if the internet drops at the venue?

After the first open, the menu caches on your guest's phone, so it keeps working without a connection. The printed tent stays on the table as a fallback. If you'd like one, we also print you an A4 backup of the live menu.

Another service is cheaper. Why should I try you?

The big QR-menu services tend to hide per-order fees or a commission behind the headline price. We publish exactly what you pay and exactly what you get. The things we don't have today, we admit we don't — we don't make them up.

Can I take my data with me if I leave?

Yes. Your menu lives in a standard export format. One click and you have everything — no annual lock-in, nothing held back.

Ready to see your menu on your guest's phone?

Artem answers. Early access means we take on venues slowly and on purpose.
